Stratos Tech Academy is enterprise AI enablement, forward-deployed. We come on site, wire AI into the tools you already run, and turn each function into a self-improving factory. You own the IP it builds, the dashboards it runs on, and every decision they drive.
Ask in plain English. The brain pulls the live data.
How we do it
We do not sell a chatbot. We rewire how work happens. Here is the engine, start to finish.
Your team
Every person becomes a builder, sat in the terminal next to Claude and Codex.
Your business tools
your-company / brain

The brain is a repo you own: a hive mind powered by every user, getting sharper with each person and workflow you add.

The stack we wire in
No rip and replace. We connect the platforms your company already runs on, from comms to CRM to payments to your data fabric, then make them talk to each other through the brain.

The time it gives back
Every wired function collapses a task that used to eat days into one that runs in minutes. The same work, a different order of magnitude.
Manual research, hand-written emails, scattered CRM notes
Agent drafts in your voice, synced to CRM + inbox
Pull spreadsheets from every tool, reconcile by hand
Live dashboard generated from the brain
Export from Meta, pivot, format a deck
Read-only ad-API digest on a schedule
Brief, draft, review cycles, reformat
Content brain drafts to the house style
Screen CVs, schedule, chase paperwork by hand
Agent screens, schedules, drafts the offer
Manual status decks, scattered client updates
Live SLA + delivery dashboard per client
Email suppliers, track stock in spreadsheets
Agent reconciles orders and flags risk
Manual build, sign, screenshots, store upload
Build piped to the stores in one command
Read contracts line by line, redline by hand
Agent reviews, flags clauses, drafts redlines
Anatomy of a factory
Stratos Games is an agentic system that builds puzzle games, monetizes them, measures the revenue, and promotes them, all from one terminal. The factory itself is the brain, running on Claude Code. The team behind it prompts Claude Code, a swarm of agents each listen to one tool, and both the factory and the games it ships commit straight to GitHub as owned code. This is the exact pattern we deploy into your company.

More factories, same architecture
The games factory is one shape of the same machine. We run it across sales, content, ads, enterprise delivery, and data governance. Every time: your tools wired in, a swarm of agents, the IP committed to your GitHub org, a live dashboard, and inefficiency turned into efficiency.

The objective we own
Whatever the team, the promise is the same three things: more output, less time on busywork, higher quality. We learn the KPIs that matter to them, then we wire the factory to push exactly those, and the founder watches it move on one dashboard.
More revenue & output
The factory ships more of the work that makes money.
Less time on busywork
The boring, repetitive tasks collapse to minutes.
Higher-quality output
On-brand, reviewed, consistent, every single time.

Illustrative ranges from the model we deploy. Your baseline and targets are set with your team in week one.
Same architecture you just saw: your tools wired in, agents on the work, the IP in your GitHub org, and a live dashboard. Start with one team, watch the number move, then scale.
Two ways to engage
Same model, two on-ramps. Start narrow and prove it, or go wide and transform the whole workforce.
Option A · Implement on site
Our engineers embed with a team, ship the factory, and stand up the dashboard. Low disruption, fast proof, then we move to the next department.
Option B · Train the workforce
We train your entire workforce to build with AI from the terminal. Maximum leverage: every person becomes a builder, and the company brain grows with each of them.
The Operator
Founder, Stratos Technologies · Dubai
I am an operator, not a teacher. For over a decade I have worked inside high-growth startups where the tools change constantly and execution beats theory. Stratos Tech Academy is how I bring that operating discipline to your company: not a course, but engineers on the ground rewiring how work gets done.
I founded Stratos Technologies FZCO in September 2025 as the umbrella for AI enablement, education, and venture incubation. I currently lead a Director of Partnerships consulting engagement with MAF (MyChips) on publisher sales and supply growth, the same surface Mistplay cited as strategic in its May 2026 MyChips acquisition. Before Stratos I was at Audiomob in Abu Dhabi, where I contributed to 10,000x supply growth with partners including Voodoo, Gameloft, Miniclip, PlaySimple, TapNation, Lockwood, and Nazara.
The goal is simple: make your company so good at building that it never waits on a tool again.
Get started
The fastest way to understand the model is to watch it work on a real team in your company. Start with one, see the dashboard, then scale.
